By using the services of Wye Electrical Solutions Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all domestic, commercial, and mobile electrical services provided by us. 

Terms & Conditions - The Basics

1. Our Commitment to You

- Our mission is to ensure every customer is a repeat customer by providing exceptional service and delivering on our promises.

- We offer transparent pricing based on the information provided by the customer.

-If you have any queries about your quote, please contact us before proceeding with the work. 

2. Quotations & Pricing

- All quotations are based on the details provided by the customer and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. 

- Prices are subject to change if additional work is required due to unforeseen circumstances.

- We are open to discussions regarding quoted amounts. Customers may call or email to review pricing details before proceeding.

3. Deposits & Payments

- A 25% deposit of the quoted amount is required before installation date is confirmed.

- In cases where high-value materials are needed, full payment for materials may be required upfront.

- The remaining balance must be paid upon completion of the work. 

- Payments can be made over the phone via our head office or link sent to the customer via Text Msg, Email, or  Bacs transfer.

- We do not accept cheque payments.

- Late payments may incur additional charges.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

- If you wish to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

- Deposits may be non-refundable if cancellation occurs after materials have been purchased or work has commenced.

- Refunds will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

- We guarantee the quality of our workmanship for 12 months from the completion date.

- Manufacturer warranties apply to all materials and electrical components used.

- Any defects or issues due to improper use, tampering, or third-party alterations will not be covered under warranty.

6. Liability & Responsibilities

- We are fully insured and adhere to all UK electrical regulations. 

- While we take every precaution to avoid damage, we are not liable for pre-existing faults or issues beyond our control.

- Customers are responsible for providing access to the site and ensuring a safe working environment.

7. Health & Safety

- All work is carried out in accordance with UK health and safety regulations.

- We reserve the right to refuse work if conditions are unsafe or if access is restricted.

8. Data Protection & Privacy

- Customer details will be stored securely and used solely for service-related purposes.

- We do not share customer data with third parties unless required by law.

9. Dispute Resolution

- We aim to resolve any disputes fairly and amicably.

- If you have any concerns, please contact us to discuss resolution.

- If an agreement cannot be reached, legal action may be pursued under UK law.
